Since 2005, I have helped over 2,000 corporate professionals, teachers, and busy women reclaim their confidence and improve their personal life. You don't need an intimidating gym membership or extreme workouts—you just need the right kitchen strategy, mindset, and real-world movement.
My journey didn't start yesterday. Since 2005, I've trained clients across Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa—from commercial gyms like Life Time Fitness, Bally Total Fitness, and LA Fitness to private in-home coaching.
In 2006, I launched outdoor fitness boot camps in the Atlanta metro area, training over 2,000 clients across four counties in parks, beaches, office buildings, and public schools.
Through all these years, my mission has always been simple: to help corporate women shed their big back, regain their energy, and improve their life long-term.
Every week, I drop two powerful, inspiring videos on my YouTube channel created specifically for corporate women over 50 who want to improve their life and get in shape without joining a gym.
I break down practical kitchen strategies, caloric deficit tips, mindset motivation, and simple ways to tackle a big back during your workday.

Hello, I'm Tim Thomas, a retired certified personal trainer / fitness boot camp owner. I always had a passion for fitness when I was younger, so I turned that passion into a career and business. I began in Tampa Florida working at Lifetime Fitness, and then I transitioned to Atlanta and began working at Ballys Gym and then LA Fitness. I've help so many people jump start their health and fitness journey while at these fitness centers.
I soon had a problem. The problem was how can I help more people with my skills and knowledge because there are so many people who are out there struggling and not finding success by trying to do it themselves. That is when I launched my outdoor fitness boot camps in the Atlanta metro area in 2006. I was one of only two companies out there helping groups of people get in shape at parks in all four counties surrounding and including Atlanta. I trained over 2000 people in a seven year span.
I then took my skills down to Miami Florida and also in Tampa Florida to open fitness camps, but then I ended up coming back to Atlanta. Then my father got sick in 2015, and I had to relocate back to Tampa to help my mother get through the struggle, so that is when my fitness business shut down, and I let myself go.
I was always at a fit 195 pounds, but I ballooned to 225, with high blood pressure, aches and pains all the time, tired, lazy... you name it. Until on my 50th birthday, my brother-in-law recorded me dancing, and when I saw the video, I could not recognize myself.
So, I put my foot down and said NO MORE! I opened up my old fitness program, and I joined my own fitness boot camp in a room at my mom and dads house. I wanted to document everything, so I could give it to the world as inspiration and motivation that you too can get back in shape even after 50.
I struggled at first, but it got easier. I cut out bad foods, I cut out sugary drinks, I worked out at home with high intensity cardio and weight bearing exercises to build muscle. Then one day it happened. My mother said, you look sick. You're not eating. You're losing too much weight. I told her "No... you'wrong.
I feel great and I look great." I went from 225 and dropped back down to 197 in only 2 short months.
Now... if I can do it. So can you, and guess what... I only completed 1/2 of the program because some of it was repetitive, and I just recorded what was needed for the beginner weight loss fitness program that I am offering to you.
Now, just imagine what you can achieve when you complete 100% of my program. The sky is the limit!
So with that being said... I hope you find success with my program. I know you can, because you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.
...and that is my story. Thanks for listening.
Tim Thomas

Are you a single or married corporate woman over 50 who feels like your health has taken a backseat to a demanding desk job and daily responsibilities?
You might be struggling with a big back, a big belly, big hips, or a big butt that makes you feel uncomfortable in your own clothes. Most corporate jobs force you to sit down all day, leaving you feeling exhausted and frustrated because standard exercise programs feel overwhelming.
When you struggle with a big back and feel out of shape, it directly impacts your relationships. Whether you want to improve your single life by boosting your dating confidence or improve your married life by reconnecting with your spouse, getting healthy is the key to feeling like yourself again.

Most people fail to eliminate their big back because they think getting in shape requires spending hours exhausting themselves in a gym. That is a myth!
Successful weight loss happens in the kitchen (80%) by understanding caloric deficits and cultivating the willpower and mentality to stay consistent. The exercise portion is simply the icing on the cake.
Because corporate professionals spend hours seated at desks, my strategy implements simple, daily real-world activities outside of plain old exercise. You will use the world as your gym without ever stepping foot inside an intimidating facility again.
This strategy is simple, easy to maintain, and sustainable for years to come. Once you embrace it, you will never look at another gym the same way—and you will dramatically improve your life!
